While looking for a preschool for his daughter, Ajay Gupta discerned the lack of organization and quality education in existing preschools. This stimulated him to bring about radical changes in the preschool segment. Therefore, we ventured out into the formal school segment and founded Academic Heights Public Schools (AHPS) in 2009. There are currently 103+ Academic Heights Public Schools across India and the school chain is still growing.
After AHPS, we stepped into a college education and co-founded Rishihood University in the year 2015. It is India’s first social impact university and is completely accessible to people with and without disabilities. Rishihood aspires to rebuild the ancient Takshshila. Its mission of providing holistic learning in the form of quality education aligns completely with the philosophy of Bachpan, making Bachpan the perfect beginning to any child’s academic journey.
