Fact: This article’s true pragmatic essence is to discuss empowering the educator community; it is based on firsthand observations of the chaotic Indian education system that has been privatized. And it is based on the hope that the revolution of knowledge optimization will fall into the hands of the educator—to hold, mould, and create the genuine depth that India has to offer. It is also a criticism and a call to action against the “exploiters of the educator” who do so in the name of money to control or in the name of projecting. Hollow-eyed promotions to control and in the name of manipulating the knowledgeable through the use of terror.
Recognize that the instructor is knowledgeable but squeezed by the ‘business elite” in this country. This fact is not new but rather the norm. The ‘has-been,’ ‘the accepted normality,” Or, at the very least, it was washed down by teachers with a pinch of desperation, hope for a better future, and a genuine lack of exposure to use the skill set for “ourselves” rather than selling it off for a paycheck.
Ed-Tech has opened Pandora’s Box in India. What was once a cultural divide between students and educator is now a digital divide. But the divide remained. Interestingly, “tech” has also given a certain amount of illumination to the ‘now-normal” term “edupreneur.” The one willing to take the risk of some sort wants to “use’ their illumination and launch the educational weaving cycle independently. I know “without the handler” is a harsh word, but it follows the same logic as the term used in all other “industries.” The handler hides the money agenda behind the guise of the “institution”; yes, there is a vision and a mission! Bravo! Occasionally, even a motion or cause can be found, but the handler’s bottom-line agenda always accompanies it. However, what is the real ‘undercurrent” objective—money?
Since the British Empire left us, we have been fishing to control the market. The public education system failed for obvious reasons—After all, the Indian government is led by the “brightest visionaries.”
Here, there is only one claim to be made with making money by charging a fair price for “genuinely constructed educational models” while the public sector is still in flux and we wait for the NEP 2020 to live up to expectations.
Until then, I want to know how much you are paying the individual responsible for keeping your educational system running smoothly, lesson by lesson and word by word. Is the educator at fault for accepting, then? Possibly, yes, but bear in mind this: the herd mentality in our country will not allow the few to question the status quo of the financial guidelines established by those who “own” it for those who will “manage” it on their behalf.
I do believe in the infographic you see above. If you own and master the relevant skill set, “digital education is and always will be.” The very fact that you’re using a digital device to the portfolio on LinkedIn because your skills are visible, and you can use them to build work relationships. To determine the worth of your skills, you use the money ball. As I said previously, this can only succeed if you adopt the same selfish mindset as doing it yourself: for yourself. The mentality is doing it yourself: for yourself.

The tides are indeed shifting and crashing against our consciousness.
The harsh reality, though?
Not everyone will enjoy it.
In India, the logic of the enslaver and the enslaved person is timeless.
If you go alone, those who fit that category will always be critical of you.
They continue to do it because they can feel the conscious needle prick in their guts.
Live your brilliance out loud and brashly but with the ability to contribute.
Let’s end on a cliche, YOLO.
